How to submit an aerobic maintenance report in Harris County, Texas
According to the county’s published pages (not confirmed with the office), Harris County’s permitting authority is Harris County. Maintenance providers submit the 30 TAC §285.91 report by email.

The two clocks
A conventional aerobic system with surface application is tested every four months, and each report is filed within 14 days of the test — to Harris County and to the owner. Miss the second clock and the visit still happened, but the record says it did not.
