TOOL 01

TX 285 & NC 18E deadline calculator

Pick your state, the last inspection date and the county. Get the next three visit dates and each filing deadline — 14 days after the visit in Texas (30 TAC §285.7(e)(1)(B); visit frequency §285.91(4), Table IV), 30 days in North Carolina (15A NCAC 18E .1304(c)).

Assumes the standard interval for the state and that each visit happens on its due date.

Standard TX aerobic interval: every 4 months, report to the authorized agent within 14 days of the visit (30 TAC §285.7(e)(1)(B); visit frequency §285.91(4), Table IV). If your agent sets a tighter local rule, that wins.

    WHERE TO FILE

Where to file in your county

Each of the 254 Texas counties has a page with its permitting authority, how it takes the §285.91 report where the county has published that, and the licensed providers working there. Four of the 254 channels are confirmed; the rest say so on their own page rather than guessing.

Texas rules are statewide. How you file them is not — and in North Carolina every local health department takes the operator's report its own way.

The product does all of this for every system, every day, without the typing.
