Three things you can use this afternoon, whether or not you ever sign up.
Built on the same rules the product is built on. If one of these is wrong for your county, tell us — we'd rather fix it here than in a filing.
TOOL 01
TX 285 & NC 18E deadline calculator
Pick your state, the last inspection date and the county. Get the next three visit dates and each filing deadline — 14 days after the visit in Texas (30 TAC §285.91), 30 days in North Carolina (15A NCAC 18E .1304(c)).
Assumes the standard interval for the state and that each visit happens on its due date.
How your county takes the report →
Standard TX aerobic interval: every 4 months, report to the authorized agent within 14 days of the visit (30 TAC §285.91). If your agent sets a tighter local rule, that wins.
Table XXXII cadence for most residential Type IV/V: quarterly through the first year, then twice a year. The report goes to the owner, the local health department and the manufacturer within 30 days of the visit (15A NCAC 18E .1304(c)). A needed repair is reported to the LHD within 48 hours. Drip and larger flows are visited more often; your LHD's own requirements win.
DulyTrack · Computed from 30 TAC §285.91 (visit every 4 months, report within 14 days). Your authorized agent's own requirements win. Not legal advice.
TOOL 02
County filing cheat sheet
How each authorized agent wants the report and what to double-check before sending. This is a working draft: verify with your county, and tell us what you find so the next provider gets it right.
Full sheet download — coming with launch. Meanwhile, all 254 Texas counties have a page each, and the rules behind the deadlines are written out with citations.

| Williamson | Not confirmed — ask the office | Contract dates not matching permit | Report within 14 days of visit |
| Travis | Not confirmed — ask the office | Sent from a personal address | Keep whatever you send as your proof |
| Wake · NC | County Word template, emailed | Owner and manufacturer copies missing | All three recipients within 30 days of the visit |
| Carteret · NC | Email, plus the 60-month permit pack | Current contract not attached to the renewal | Reports and the contract travel with the renewal |
