How to submit an aerobic maintenance report in Sabine County, Texas
Sabine County has no local authorized agent. Permits and maintenance reports for on-site sewage facilities go to the TCEQ Region 10 - Beaumont regional office (409-898-3838).
Reports are due within 14 days after the test (30 TAC §285.7(e)(1)(B)).

The two clocks
A conventional aerobic system with surface application is tested every four months, and each report is filed within 14 days of the test — to TCEQ Region 10 - Beaumont and to the owner. Miss the second clock and the visit still happened, but the record says it did not.
