How to submit an aerobic maintenance report in Washington County, Texas
Washington County’s permitting authority is Washington County ((979) 277-6290, mmarzahn@washingtoncountytx.gov). The county has not published how maintenance providers submit the §285.91 report; most Texas authorities accept email or a document upload, and some run a portal.
Reports are due within 14 days after the test (30 TAC §285.7(e)(1)(B)).

The two clocks
A conventional aerobic system with surface application is tested every four months, and each report is filed within 14 days of the test — to Washington County and to the owner. Miss the second clock and the visit still happened, but the record says it did not.
