How to submit an aerobic maintenance report in McLennan County, Texas

The two clocks
A conventional aerobic system with surface application is tested every four months, and each report is filed within 14 days of the test — to Mclennan County and to the owner. Miss the second clock and the visit still happened, but the record says it did not.
