How to submit an aerobic maintenance report in Dallas County, Texas
Dallas County’s permitting authority is Dallas County ((214) 819-2115, latasha.gadberry@dallascounty.org). The county has not published how maintenance providers submit the §285.91 report; most Texas authorities accept email or a document upload, and some run a portal.
Reports are due within 14 days after the test (30 TAC §285.7(e)(1)(B)).

- ·What the owner was told to do, and the provider’s signature

The two clocks
A conventional aerobic system with surface application is tested every four months, and each report is filed within 14 days of the test — to Dallas County and to the owner. Miss the second clock and the visit still happened, but the record says it did not.
