What every Texas report must contain

·The date of the visit and the name and licence number of the provider or technician who made it
·The system owner, the address and the permit number
·Readings taken: chlorine residual, effluent quality, sludge and scum where applicable
·Whether the disinfection device held an adequate supply
·Any maintenance, repair or part replaced during the visit
·What the owner was told to do, and the provider’s signature

The two clocks

A conventional aerobic system with surface application is tested every four months, and each report is filed within 14 days of the test — to Collin County and to the owner. Miss the second clock and the visit still happened, but the record says it did not.
