How to submit an aerobic maintenance report in Lubbock County, Texas
Lubbock County’s permitting authority is Lubbock County ((806) 775-1337, septic@lubbockcounty.gov). The county has not published how maintenance providers submit the §285.91 report; most Texas authorities accept email or a document upload, and some run a portal.

The two clocks
A conventional aerobic system with surface application is tested every four months, and each report is filed within 14 days of the test — to Lubbock County and to the owner. Miss the second clock and the visit still happened, but the record says it did not.
