How to submit an aerobic maintenance report in Eastland County, Texas
Eastland County has no local authorized agent. Permits and maintenance reports for on-site sewage facilities go to the TCEQ Region 03 - Abilene regional office (325-698-9674).
Reports are due within 14 days after the test (30 TAC §285.7(e)(1)(B)).

A conventional aerobic system with surface application is tested every four months, and each report is filed within 14 days of the test — to TCEQ Region 03 - Abilene and to the owner. Miss the second clock and the visit still happened, but the record says it did not.
