How to submit an aerobic maintenance report in Brown County, Texas
Brown County’s permitting authority is Brown County ((325) 643-1985, RITA.THOMPSON@BROWNCOUNTYTX.GOV). The county has not published how maintenance providers submit the §285.91 report; most Texas authorities accept email or a document upload, and some run a portal.

The two clocks
A conventional aerobic system with surface application is tested every four months, and each report is filed within 14 days of the test — to Brown County and to the owner. Miss the second clock and the visit still happened, but the record says it did not.
